HYPR Controllers Warranty & RMA Information
Warranty Coverage
All HYPR Controllers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions unrelated to wear and tear, and issues with HYPR-installed upgrades. This warranty is only valid if the controller has not been opened or modified by a third party.
- Covered: Functional defects, upgrade malfunctions, HYPR installation errors
- Not Covered: Cosmetic wear, accidental damage, third-party modifications, normal wear over time
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure

Contact Support: Email support@hyprcontrollers.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, video/photos of the problem, and your return country.

Get Approved: If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA number and provide the return address nearest to you.

Ship It: Securely pack your controller and ship it to the assigned hub. You are responsible for shipping costs unless it was defective on arrival.

Forwarding: Once received at the local warehouse, it will be forwarded to our repair facility in Manila, Philippines. This typically takes about 1 week.

Inspection & Repair: After arrival in Manila, inspection takes 2–5 business days. If under warranty, we repair and return it free. If not, we’ll send you a repair quote before proceeding.

- Portland, USA – for US, Canada, and Mexico
- United Kingdom – for UK orders
- Japan – for customers in Japan
- Australia – for customers in Australia
After Repair
- Repaired parts are covered with an additional 90-day warranty.
- Controllers sent without RMA approval may be rejected or returned at your cost.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We accept out-of-warranty controllers for repair. Contact us for a quote. Cost will depend on parts and labor.
Before You Ship
- Wipe your controller clean before sending it in.
- Remove any accessories or add-ons.
- Use protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.
