HYPR Signature & Tournament – Support

Welcome to the HYPR Support Center for our Signature and Tournament PS5 Controllers. Below you’ll find guides, FAQs, and setup help to get the most out of your controller.

  • PS5: Plug in via USB or connect via Bluetooth by holding the PS + Share button until the light bar flashes.
  • PC (Windows 10+): Use a USB-C cable or Bluetooth. Your PC will detect the controller as a standard DUALSHOCK input.
  • iOS/Android: Go to Bluetooth settings and connect once the controller is in pairing mode.
  • Apple TV: Also supports Bluetooth pairing with HYPR controllers.
  1. Turn the controller off.
  2. Use a small pin to press the reset button at the back of the controller (middle right).
  3. Reconnect the controller to your console or PC.
  • Remappable back buttons are pre-installed on Signature models. Non-remappable are installed on Tournament models.
  • Mapping is done through a simple button combo (see manual).

FPS models such as Signature and Tournament have no adjustable triggers.

HYPR controllers are designed with the same dimensions as standard PS5 controllers for familiarity and comfort, with slight variations in weight depending on installed upgrades.
Built using genuine PS5 internals, upgraded with performance mods including Hall Effect or TMR thumbsticks (anti-drift), Flex remappable paddles, FPS trigger kits, and cosmetic enhancements.
HYPR controllers are eligible for use in official competitive events such as CDL, Gfinity, NBA2KL, and more. Please refer to each tournament’s rulebook to confirm compliance.
Compatible with all standard 3.5mm headsets. Charges via USB-C. Also works with most DualSense charging stations. Flex Paddles are not compatible with charging stations.
Bluetooth range up to 30 feet. Near-zero latency when used wired via USB-C.
Firmware updates for original DualSense controllers may not directly apply, but all essential updates and compatibility checks are handled during final QC before shipment.
