Mobile Terms of Service

The HYPR Controllers International mobile message service (“the Service”) is operated by HYPR Controllers (“HYPR Controllers International”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to HYPR Controllers International’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of HYPR Controllers International through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and account/order notifications. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.

Signing up for SMS messages is optional and not required to make purchases. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase with HYPR Controllers International.

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by user. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP to HYPR Cont or clicking the unsubscribe link in any message (where available). You’ll receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you again.

We may change short codes or phone numbers we use and will notify you when this occurs. Messages sent to deactivated numbers may not be received, and we are not liable for misrouted messages.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If your number changes, please re-subscribe with the new number.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages, or any actions taken in reliance on message content.
