Update as of March 15, 2023:

We're happy to report that we've made significant progress in clearing up our backlog since our last update. As of today, we only have 34 controllers left from the January to early February backlog, and we are working hard to fulfill those orders as soon as possible.

We want to extend our sincerest apologies again for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused. As mentioned in our previous update, the shortage of BDM-020 controllers and the unexpected update to BDM-030 by Sony created unforeseen challenges for us. However, we have been able to develop the necessary parts for the new version of the controller and are fast-tracking everything to get back on track.

We're pleased to announce that we're already seeing improvements in our lead time, and we expect to lower it back to normal levels within the next few weeks leading up to April. We're committed to continuing to prioritize our customers and providing the best possible service.
