In the midst of our growth, the production of Hall Effect Thumbsticks has become a focal point, presenting challenges in our supply chain. The intricate calibration process required for these thumbsticks has proven to be more complex than initially anticipated, contributing to delays and variations in some batches.

Enhanced Tracking System:

To enhance your overall experience with HYPR Controllers, we recently upgraded our internal tracking system. This improvement ensures a smoother and more accurate tracking process for your orders. We understand that transparency is crucial to you, our valued customers, and we want to keep you in the loop.

Introducing the Independent Build Status Tracker:

Apology for Tracking Panic:

However, we want to sincerely apologize for any concern or confusion that our recent tracking system update may have caused. We are aware that some controllers have experienced status changes, specifically going from the quality testing stage back to the building stage.

We are actively working to address and resolve this issue. The unexpected status changes are a result of recent updates, and we acknowledge that it may have caused unnecessary panic. We want to assure you that the affected controllers are not undergoing additional building processes but are, in fact, in the final stages of quality testing.
