Order Lead Time
The estimated lead time for each product is specified on the respective product page. We do our best to ship orders within this timeframe. However, please note that this may be subject to extension due to public holidays, part shortages in the market, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping time is not equivalent to order lead time. Order lead time is referred to the time it takes to make your order. Shipping time refers to the time it takes for our shipping partners to deliver your orders.

Express Build Service
We offer an express build service for custom controllers that can shorten the build lead time to about 7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). This service is subject to approval by our management team, as we need to verify that all parts are on hand. If you do not receive an invoice for the Express Build Fee, your order will follow our standard lead time.
Once approved. The express build fee of $19.99 USD will be sent to your registered email.
Once your order is approved for express build service, we will send you an invoice to your registered email address. Once the invoice is paid in full, we will begin working on your order immediately.
We primarily use DHL Express for shipping our orders. However, depending on the shipping destination and availability, we may also use other shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will always choose the option that will arrive at your location the fastest.
Please note that once the shipping service provider marks your order as delivered, HYPR will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that you track your shipment and make necessary arrangements to ensure safe receipt of your order. If you have any concerns or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping service provider directly.
VAT Customs and Duty Fees
All controllers are shipped from our manufacturer in the Philippines. You may be responsible for additional fees related to customs duties and import taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable fees. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide either residential or business addresses.
