2. Commitment to Care and Precision
We pride ourselves on handling every controller with the utmost care and expertise. Each device undergoes a thorough pre-service inspection to identify any existing issues, ensuring that we approach every repair or upgrade with a clear understanding of its condition.


3. Pre-Existing Conditions
HYPR Controllers is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or the natural wear and tear of components.   • Refunds, where applicable and appropriate.

  • If unforeseen issues arise during the service, we will pause work and contact you immediately for further instructions.

  • We recommend using secure, insured shipping services when sending your device to us.
  • HYPR Controllers is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during transit to or from our facility.

8. Processing Times and Delays
Due to high demand, our current processing time for upgrades and repairs is 1-3 days. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe weather, supply shortages). Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and provide updated timelines.


9. Customer Responsibility
Before sending in your controller:
